   My order included one pizza and two chilli chicken chips. My order was placed at 6pm and ready to lift at 6.10pm which which seemed unusually fast. The pizza looked untidy, with a splattered appearance that was unappetising. Both chilli chicken chip portions were unacceptable. The chicken pieces were a mixture of hot and cold, some were undercooked, and the chips were mostly cold with only a handful of warm chips. These meals were not safe or suitable for consumption. I phoned the shop immediately to request a replacement or refund, as the food was inedible. I was informed that no one was available to authorise either option and that I would have to wait until Thursday until a manager was in, wven though there was suppose to be supervisors. During the call, the phone was also put down while I was still speaking, which I found extremely unprofessional. As a result, I have paid for two meals that could not be consumed. A chicken chip meal costing £10.95 each, is unacceptable to be given no replacement or refund.The food has since been returned to the shop.

   First time in a long while here. I ordered pizza milano. Salami ,mushroom,no chilli pepper,garlic oil. Staff friendly. I ordered a glass of sauvignon blanc white wine. Strange to get New Zealand instead of Italian wine in an Italian restaurant. They had no chilli oil and I asked for parmesan. I'm not convinced as it came grated that it was parmesan cheese as it usual comes in a glass mill. I counted 6 sweet corns,less mushroom and onion and no garlic oil. Or even less base. It went down all right but the cost of wine,a glass of peroni and a Americana coffee with cream took up the bulk of cost. Some weird items like doner kebabs,dirty fries didn't look right in an Italian place. Drinks cost more than pizza. Place got busy with 20 year olds for a Monday night. I would go back and just get pizza. Staff were very good and helpful. I think I will stick to Little Wings in Belfast and surrounding area for better quality. But thanks to staff again.

   Wouldn’t give 1 star. Vegetarian pizza had a lump of chicken on it and also a lovely black hair in it. Took it back and got a replacement. Woman at counter wasn’t happy about replacing the now cold chips as we’d eaten some of them (obviously as we were half way through when we discovered the chicken and hair). They refused to replace our curry which was now also freezing as we’d had to go back in and get a new pizza. Rank place

   Shocking experience tonight at LDV. We had a chip kebab pizza and a chip kebab in pitta. Chips were so undercooked, and the pizza was destroyed in garlic sauce like it was going out of fashion. It honestly looked like Philip Schofield had farted on my pizza. Unfortunately this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had here but hey, everyone deserves a second chance. Standing waiting on my food and witnessed that the kitchen seems to fold under pressure. The gentleman before me also received the wrong food and I was only in the shop 10 minutes.. mabye we ordered at the wrong time, but definitely no consistency here and seems to be a regular occurrence. Sorry but if people are spending at least £25 per order, at least make your food edible.

   This is how my food come a large Donna kebab with sauce and salad it come in a bag no tray no pitta bread not even a handful of kebab a whole bag of salad that some of it was brown not fresh kebab as yous can see is like it has been lying all day it was very hard and rubbery not good at all would have better satisfaction of icleands kebab bag beacuse this was horrendous lucky I called straight up and got my money back and sent the food back but I would not be order from here again absolutely disgusting food rating from me is 1/10

   Went on Friday night a party of 4. They forgot 1 person's order, who had to watch the rest of us eat for 30 minutes until it was brought to him. I then paid the bill and asked for a box for my pizza. This took 10 minutes while she joked and hand jived with fellow staff member as we sat with coats on waiting to leave. Terrible service.

   I'm disgusted with this place. Their pizzas used to be nice. Now, when I took it from the delivery guy, you would've sworn there was nothing inside. Opened it up, the cheese looked like melted cheese slices, (the orange ones) not much pepperoni, even though I asked for double cheese and double pepperoni. It was cold, burnt, slices were different sizes and it was doubled over like a Calzone. But it did arrive on time. Just. It also cost £22.50 including delivery. Very disappointed. I gave it 1star because there was no lower option. (Sorry Sid, but you need to train up your staff on their telephone manner and your 'Chefs' on how to make a pizza. It's not rocket science.) People who want their pizza delivered are getting the short straw because they don't see the state of the pizza until they open it up, by then, it's already too late.

   Even a 1 star is to good. Disgusting food. Got a kebab, stuffed with cheese and cabbage.Cold kebab- pita bread colder than the kebab itself. Can't understand their pizza order either. Was my last visit ever. Do not recommend

   The food might taste good but the service is desperate and the staff are ignorant. I rang to order a takeaway and I had a question about how the gluten free pizzas are prepared. I was passed onto another member of staff who greeted me with a 'what's the issue' when I only wanted to ask a question. I placed the order and was told 25 mins. I arrived after 20 mins to be told it wasn't ready yet and then 10 minutes later I saw them put it in the oven. 30 mins after I had ordered it wasn't even on to cook and it wasn't a particularly busy night. The staff could see that I was aware of this and decided to just whisper back and forth about it while looking over at me. They could have just said it was delayed

   Waited over 45 minutes for pizza, when I got it, it was freezing cold and burnt, I was told I would only have to wait 10/15 minutes for the pizza and I am pregnant and very sick and nauseous and can barely stand. They were giving everyone else their food before they gave us ours even though we ordered before everyone that came.
