Lovely bar with great views over the sea. Great staff, reasonable drinks prices and a good choice of draught beers
Foggy September so welcoming with fires lit inside and on the upper outside terrace and was so welcoming. Fabulous hot scones with butter jam and lashings of cream and v good coffe. I want to go back for one of their breakfasts. Lovely place great atmosphere.
This place has changed its name to mariner's. Our first visit , were given a seat upstairs at the window with views of the sea and the Mourne mountain which was lovely. I had fish and chips , batter bit overdone.George had chicken gugions. Would probably come back but ask for batter to be lighter done. Staff very friendly.
The waitresses who looked after us were lovely but the gentleman who seated us was quite unpleasant. My friend had the goujons and only ate one, they were so bad. I had the steak and paid nearly £20 for a steak that had more fat than meat. Only giving two star for the lovely ladies who took care of us.
Nice bar for a drink. Window seats have nice seafront view. Friendly staff. Food available certain times with a reasonably priced menu.
