   I am a fan of the brand and food, but service and food in this store has really plummeted over the last 2 months. Still awaiting a refund for items that were out of stock, despite being available to order. I have contacted Oho by their website and via email, no response to either a week later. Long waits (1 hour plus) due to being short staffed are now the norm. Won't be back until things are resolved.

   Food was bland no flavour, the rice was like sticky cardboard. Really bad experience and had high hopes the menu sounds great but sadly didn't live up to expectations. Food was cold when I got home 2minutes away. I'll not return

   Delicious authentic Thai food. Takeout only. Ordered ahead on their very slick website and specified a time for pickup. The order was ready at the time specified. Love the way you can see the food being prepared in a very clean kitchen when you arrive. The dishes for me had just the right amount of spice and the ingredients appear to be of high quality. They use all recyclable paper and cardboard packaging that kept the food warm for 20 minutes while I got it home. We will be going back!

   Had lovely meals in the past and wanted to email direct tonight but they don't seem to have an email address. Had the 'crspy' duck tonight. Was not crispy or shredded but was dry and also one duck breast and some shredded veg and pancakes and no sauce for 9.95 is crazy expensive. I had no hoisinand had to use sweet chilli so not a good starter. Most of it went in the dog

   Had our first experience of this new carry out last night. The online ordering system was soo easy to use with plenty of options! When we arrived our food was ready for collection. Staff were extremely helpful but more importantly the food was amazing - very authentic Thai food and good portions! We sampled 4 different dishes, sides and starters and all were excellent. We will be back very soon!! Highly recommend!
