In town for a few days with work and decided to give the curried goat and Mac and cheese a go. Was absolutely delicious and the owner was really lovely. So good went again the next night!

I can't believe I missed this little gem... We got a warm greeting when we walked in, our host/chef for the night was friendly and welcoming to the point we automatically felt at home which just a common occurrence when eating out. It felt more like visiting an old friend for dinner which I absolutely loved. The food is homely, filling and absolutely gorgeous. I found the flavours so addictive that I could stop myself eating even when I knew I was full. We had the Jerk chicken, Lamb Dibi, fried dumplings, Mac and cheese, and fries (side note- I don't rant and rave about fries normally cause I don't generally like them, but these were the nicest chips I've eaten in a very long time) I've lived in the area for a while and I can't believe I'd not been here before. If you're thinking about visiting, I couldn't recommend it enough. And I'm really looking forward to visiting again. In summary, food vibes and gorgeous food.

Come from Hull for some tasty food and we was not disappointed, food was absolutely unreal, curry goat melted in your mouth, the jerk chicken was so flavourful. The dumplings were amazing!!!! The owner was so attentive and the service we received was above and beyond! Would recommend this place. It was that good we ordered the same food to take away!!!!

This is not a restaurant but a culinary experience. Served and entertained by the head chef Oumar, with Caribbean, African and Jamaican flavours and fused with a soul food twist. You can see why it's the Trip Advisor winner of 2022, 2023 and 2024, boasting an almost perfect review score.

If the food doesn’t impress you then I can guarantee the owner, Oumar, certainly will! He is very charismatic and full of life, he always makes his customers feel at ease and advises them on certain dishes to those not familiar with Afro-Caribbean food. But back to the food, I have tried the jerk chicken and Maffé and those dishes are both so flavoursome!

We came the Cleethopes from Leicester during half term break and were looking for something different to eat. Came across Omar’s place and OMG! The food was perfect, spiced but not spicy! Partnered with how friendly Omar its the perfect place to kick back and eat some great food. People of Cleethorpes you are very lucky to have this on your doorstep. We will for sure be returning
