Service and delivery are second to none. They always go above and beyond for customers. I can attest to that. Their delivery guys are great. They are friendly and always up for a chat with customers. To me, Macks and Sons are the best in Portsmouth and Southampton.
We got a double bed and mattress from them. But we actually needed king bed. We did not even open the seal. 3 days later we asked if it is possible to exchange it for a king size as we did not use it or anything. They were very rude and said it is not possible and cut the phone. I also offered to pay the delivery fee and other.
Had my bed break on the day I moved in to a new flat (previous tenants fault) leaving me sleeping on a broken bed, new bed was delivered same day and was a very professional service. Had an issue where the delivery was missing one of the boxes required but the issue was resolved quickly and with the required part being delivered to my flat within a few hours of calling up
Great service from macks & sons. I ordered a sofa which was beautiful and came quickly. Service was excellent and the delivery drivers brought it in, put it all together and put it exactly where I wanted it. All the staff in the shop were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
Bought a coffee table and TV set from here on the weekend. Wanted to leave a review because the service was so good. They were friendly and helpful and though a minor error was made, the guys working here responded effective with a sense of humour. Great furniture and great service.
Contacted Max from Mack & Sons for some furniture as was moving house. The value for money is astounding! Don't shop in IKEA if you're local give these guys a call instead! Fantastic, continuous service and updates as well as good quality products at bargain prices. Will definitely use again and couldn't recommend higher. 5*.

All the furniture fitted perfectly, the quality is good and the bedding super comfortable. All the services, from the choosing of the furniture to the delivery was friendly and impeccable. After discovering this morning my washing machine had died a death. I contacted Macks and sons and even though it’s a Sunday and I don’t live in the area. The owners personally came and delivered a brand new washing machine to my door. The service is second to none, absolutely excellent xx
