   These people are cheaters, offensive and they do not know how to do business. I was supposed to have my bed delivered three days after my order and it arrived after ten days. This was partly my fault as I changed my mind about the bed I wanted and notified them of this change within a couple of hours. However, it was too late and the bed could not be made in time. They did not care to let me know how long it would take. I had to wait and wait until I found out how long it was actually going to take. Once the bed was delivered, it was dumped in my bedroom and there was no instructions manual. Again, no one had told me that the bed was not going to be assembled. I would have been happy to pay for someone to put it together. Finally, the bed on the website had a headboard that looked exactly like the bed base. No where on the website was there a mention of the fact that the bed in the picture did not match reality. This is called FALSE SELLING. The cherry on the cake was when I tried to rang this lovely man that is the owner. He started shouting at me, saying that I was incapable because I cannot put a bed together (that even if I gave him 1000£ he would not get someone to put it together as it's too easy). He also said that putting up a picture of a desk with a computer does not mean that the computer comes with the desk or that the bed also had a duvet and pillows and they did not come with it. This is pretty obvious as both a computer and pillows are separated items, but the headboard in the picture looked like it was part of the bed. They should have made these things clear and everything would have been fine. Instead, this man shouted at me on the phone and said that I was being rude and put the phone down. When I rang back he said that he would not have this argument with me as it was pointless (so really he wasn't putting the phone down because I was rude, but because he was angry because I had a good point). I asked for a full refund that is my full right within 14 days, and he refused. I hope someone teaches this man how to do business.
