On a cold and wet Tuesday morning, Church Lane Coffee was a great find for coffee and breakfast. A warm welcome was followed by a bowl of a cup filled with a Café Latte and delicious food! We both stumped for the Avocado Smash, and a request for scrambled eggs instead of poached was happily accommodated. It's fair to say that it's some of the best Avocado toast that we've had anywhere. Yes, in Warrenpoint. What made the difference? Flavo(u)r and seasoning. The salsa verde brought freshness while the pickled onions brought texture and an acidic bite. Delicious all around!

Just a lovely experience from the minute I walked in until I left. I walked in with a laptop in hand and before asking the server anticipated I needed a WiFi code and showed me where it was. Also asked if I needed a plug and where best to sit if I did. Then there was the food snd drink which was superb. I had a gorgeous coffee while I waited for my friend to arrive. I then had a tea and the avocado smash breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious and the eggs were poached to perfection. The portion size was generous and all served on lovely table ware. The aesthetic of the coffee house is simple, rustic and unpretentious so it's easy to relax. No one is rushing you here either. When I paid the bill I was delighted at what great value was offered and the member of staff took time for a bit if banter as well. This is a place to be promoted and celebrated. A true pleasure from start to finish. I'll be going back again for certain and would recommend anyone to check them out. Simply put its how food and service should be done.

Very yummy food brought out by a very pleasant staff. Ordered a smashed avocado with an extra egg during my lunch break and it came out quickly despite the lafge number of customers. I was also able to take it away which was extremly handy. Couldn't reccomend more.

The breakfast at Church Lane was great. I had the vanilla waffles with strawberries and peanut butter. It was perfect for me, but too sweet for my hubby. He had the fry and said it was really good, with 'real' sausages and homemade beans. The staff on a Saturday morning were all a bit inexperienced, but keen and polite. The music was too loud to be comfortable for me but it was turned down after a while. The table was sticky (and I can't stand a sticky table!). Would have been 5* but for those things. Recommended for the delicious food.

This is a collective review. From five friends, from two countries. 1. It was very good a little bit dry, needed something else 2&3 I had veggie grills, I felt well fed, it was okay the beans were a little bit too spiced. 4. It was good I had breakfast grill. It was good, I didn’t like the tomato (but that was just me) I feel eggs could’ve been more seasoned (but maybe they just leave for me to season with salt and paper) to avoid any or potential complain. 5. It was good

Brilliant. The best speciality coffee shop in County Down. Lovely food too and the staff are very friendly & welcoming.

Great artisan café in our town that does amazing coffee and food. Really really rate their breakfast burrito. They also do fantastic music concerts here as well.

Breakfast Burrito is a must and Smashed Avocado with poached eggs is one of the best breakfast items in this country. Flavour is immense in both and the combinations are locally unparalleled. John, Paddy and all staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, the avocado smash was incredible it! The batch and americano tend to be a little hit-and-miss for a specialty coffee shop. Just found out about the outdoor area, would love to see that used more!

Had a gorgeous wee breakfast here with a friend. First time and was impressed with quality of food. Sausages were fab! Sat outside at a sheltered picnic table. Service was fab- very attentive and friendly. Like a little hidden gem off the main Street so was lovely and private/quiet. Didn't get a pic but there was a very friendly cat too! Menu was limited but staff were happy to accommodate if needed. Wouldn't be suitable outdoors for someone with a physical disability- picnic benches hard to get in and out of but indoors could accommodate.
