   I don’t usually do reviews but I feel this is necessary. I went to the Isle of Wight store to purchase a fridge. I was so impressed with the young man who help me out. I believe his name was Spencer. I had a very positive experience. He knew his product and what he didn’t know he found out without delay. He was great with customer service which can be a rarity these days. Very friendly and helpful. This lad is a credit to Currys. He is going places so well done to Spencer. As a result I purchased the product, Spencer wheeled it out and helped! Thanks very much. I hope this review filters through to the right people as he’s a gem! Thanks Bev

   Awful shopping experience today. Went to buy a laptop and found what we wanted. There were no "assistants" anywhere near the computer area so we went hunting staff. Two different staff members said they'd get someone to attend to us. Ten minutes later we left without being seen. I came home and tried to buy it online. They don't deliver and I can't collect it from the one and only Currys on the Isle of Wight. We were also looking for a freezer. Seems like AO will get that sale as I'll never visit Currys Isle of Wight again.

   Saffron at the Tech Service desk was extremely helpful setting up my new mobile phone and transferring my data from my old phone. She was helping a lot of customers at the same time but remained professional, kind and patient.

   Absolutely shocking customer service today I took my mum in to buy a expensive tv and not one single member of staff acknowledged us they wasn’t even busy they was doing nothing when I did eventually ask someone they didn’t even have no knowledge we might not look the type rich but trust me looks are everything and we had money to buy. So now we going elsewhere lost a valuable customer.

   Considering it's one of the very few places left on the IOW to view and buy stock instantly, you'd expect the customer service to be a lot better. Even the gaffer had to tell them to empty a trolly and not stand around doing nothing lol. Very expensive compared to online prices, or Argos.

   Shocking customer service- rude and condescending staff in store. Telephone customer service also horrendous. Almost impossible to hear call handler in noisy call centre. Will be going to small claims at this rate because i am not getting anywhere. Faulty gas oven! So dangerous.

   One of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping. The assistant was so rude and unfriendly. Paid for item declined due to needing to insert. Done again took money to be told it was declined despite it showing on my banking app that it has taken money. She wouldn't except that or able to explain reason. Asked for manager who has explained what will happen that it will take 3 days to refund. OK most of the other staff were friendly but this particular one had no sense of humour as I made a joke as she asked for all my details address e-mail I said you be after my phone number next. She didn't get it. After paying again she threw the box at me practically and grunted. I'm not happy that I am at moment short of £70 as this hasn't happened before but I understand the manager that it is floating in the system and will take 3 days to refund. Times at the moment are hard and I would expect a little politeness from a shop of this size.
