My oven broke and I had no clue where to start! Buywise took my scribbled measurements and advised on size needed, the features of different ovens, price options and installation. All with no pressure. The best part is I can collect in my car to save me waiting in for a delivery. Really appreciated the traditional face-to-face customer service.

Nice furniture, lay out could be improved somewhat to make more inviting. More of a warehouse than showroom. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is no pressure or hanging around like a bad smell! They give you the space and time and are available if needed.
Jo was very helpful finding a replacement integrated larder fridge and ordered it for us. Paul did a fantastic job fitting the fridge and removing the old one very quickly.
I had struggled to buy a double gas oven in anthracite, I tried online and numerous stores that couldn't help, by chance we drove past Buywise, within 5 minutes we had found the perfect oven, paid and delivery arranged for 6 days later ( ordered Friday, delivered Thursday ). Outstanding service. Our freezer decided not to freeze and the contents were going to defrost. A new freezer was delivered, up and running in less than two hours of our visit. Old freezer removed. Amazing!!!!
