   Extremely disappointed. Last night (Wednesday) we ordered through Just Eat - We were told that our order would ARRIVE by 20:20. We ordered at around 19:40. I only got a text telling me my order would be 20 minutes AT the time we were told it would be here. We waited more than an hour for our (small) order on a weekday. We waited this long to discover that our order was wrong. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with chips. I was NOT informed that it would be CHICKEN BALLS with the dip. The price was higher all for the dip. I called in and complained and was told it "wasn't their fault" and that Just Eat is to blame for their menu. AT LEAST say sorry and offer some sort of help other than blaming a service and your customer. Won't order from here again as it was unexpected that I would be blamed for not knowing the menu after such a long wait.
