   I'm deeply grateful for the warm welcome and excellent service offered by this delightful store. I was very apprehensive but I was made at ease instantly. The team are so friendly, knowledgeable and they instantly found my fit on my first visit. On my second recent visit I found a strapless bra that I've struggled with that was both comfortable and secure, two contrasts that seemed impossible to find. They understood my challenges, my apprehension and made the whole process delightful and filled with smiles all round, my thanks Bella.

   Having received a word of mouth recommendation, I called to book a fitting appointment. Ladies, if you're looking for an exceptional service that's both friendly and professional, this is the place for you!! The minute I entered the boutique, I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Kat is so proud of her standards of excellence and the experience she is able to personally provide to her clients. It's a strange feeling to thoroughly enjoy a fitting. Her knowledge is amazing on suitability of style, comfort etc. I came away with 2 items for an exceptional price and I'm looking forward to my next appointment immensely!!!

   Popped in for advice - only wearing the wrong size by 4 sizes! Was fitted and bought 3 bras as I couldn’t believe how much better they felt. Instantly felt so much better and comfortable, and my clothes sit and look better.    Cathy has absolutely changed my life! I visited today and was super nervous about the whole thing. I needn’t have worried. I had the best time and shopping experience EVER. Honestly, it sounds hyperbolic but the transformation I felt today was something special. Not only did I come away with two beautiful bras that fit me perfectly, but I experienced incredible customer service from the warmest, friendliest, and most down-to-earth person. Platino is something special for Hull, and Cathy is a treasure!
