   I took my baby to use the baby change and I was honestly disgusted. You could tell it wasn’t monitored or cleaned. Dried poo, crumbs, everything! I appreciate parents should be doing their best to ensure nothing left behind but this was a case of not being monitored EVER! Couldn’t wait to get out of there and wipe everything down.

   Had a delightful experience in the Pausa cafe this afternoon. The staff were friendly, polite and cheerful despite it being quite busy. Brandy was especially helpful with my tea request. I shall visit again!

   While the food tasted good, the service is a bit jumbled, the girl who was cooking had her long hair down and kept touching it, food hygiene says this should be up and in a hairnet, the young man that was making coffee was also cutting bread rolls in between serving he had no gloves on and in between had his hands on his head again no hairnet! One of the cooks also used her mobile phone when not cooking and no sign of washing her hands before cooking I will be reporting this to food standards as it is not good enough

   Lovely shop but the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Stood in queue for 20 minutes to be then told a 30 minute wait for food. Always slow there but this reached a new level.

   Light, spacious and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful and its easy to navigate around and find what you need. Access is good as there is a lift to the upper level. There you can also find a cafe that serves a range of food and drinks. There's plenty of parking and its an easy store to reach.

   Great store that has almost everything you need for your home. Staff are always helpful. Only loses a star as the quality of some products can vary but with very reasonable prices it's not much of an issue.

   First ever visit and I must say how much I enjoyed the experience. Bright, excellent choice and very friendly staff, such helpful and smiling service, so rare these days. The item we wanted was not in the stock room, Mia happily checked for us, so we ordered it online and it was the smoothest transaction ever, all done within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend a trip to this store, even if it is just to browse. Here's to the next visit and thank you Mia for making the visit so easy.

   Controlled entry at wide main door by staff. Hand wash available. One way walk round system in place. Large lift to disabled toilet and cafe'. Some walkways not acceptable for wheel chairs. Staff available to help you. Disabled parking outside shop. 3.11.20. Update Review 20.04.21. The store still maintains its high covid controls where other retail stores could learn from here at Dunelm, who have set the bar.
