Dog friendly inside the cafe . They had a promotion when visited free drink if you parked in the car park. So we had hot chocolate and a cake each Nice thank you
Enjoying a walk from West Itchenor to West Wittering beach & on arrival i was fortunate that this comfy cafe had just opened (9.05am). Everything about it was clean, polite & welcoming - that said on busy days or the height of summer, I an imagine it gets rammed out. The latte was one of the best I've had & the warmed Pastel de Nata was just yummy, made want more.
Really professional service whilst under immense pressure, the card machine had a hiccup and our order went awry, instead of panicking the staff remained calm and collected as the queue started to grow, because of this I also remained calm. the food arrived at our table very quickly and a Manager came out to discuss the issue and check all was okay, we had two kids meals, fish and chips, a bacon bap, sausage bap and dirty fries and the eggs and yogurt with bread and olives, it was all delicious, wife says best Fish and Chips on the south coast so that's saying something, cannot recommend this place enough, from the front of house staff to the kitchen brigade all brilliant and a smooth operation with great food, the owners need a sit down and to give nice bonuses to all the staff at the end of season..
West Wittering Beach Cafe was a delightful experience ! The food was delicious, especially the hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and marshmallows. I loved the convenience of paying for parking directly from the menu using the QR code. It was a perfect day out ♡ !
Service was lovely.. VERY quick and friendly.. the food was amazing.. can honestly say the best Mac and cheese I have ever had.. I would highly recommend !
The West Wittering Beach Cafe has moved into a new modern building next to where the old one used to be. I have tried to tell Google Maps but they won't identify it on the map which shows the new semi circular restaurant being built near the old estate cafe building which is now demolished. The new curved restaurant is excellent with a good vibe and plenty of tables inside plus some outside. The menu is very good with breakfasts till 11.00 then a lunch menu with gluten free options. Freindly staff told me about its history so disregard any pictures and reviews of the old fish and chip hut, the new cafe is excellent and open for business but they don't sell alcohol. Hopefully Google Maps will sort out the mess and recognise the new cafe building.
Lovely beach, easy access parking, awesome environment
Clean and reasonable prices. Nice burger bar outside, where there's plenty of seats. Menu could be a bit more varied (although ice-cream for dogs are covered). No toilets, they're over the road (plentifully, clean and cold drinking water there though).
This is a great place to sit outside and enjoy fish & chips on a nice day. The food is tasty and prepared really efficiently - don't be put off by a long line as it moves fast, and you will be rewarded with freshly cooked food ar a reasonable price.
