   Staff toilet behaviour was unacceptable I stopped at the Costa in Brockhurst Gate and left genuinely frustrated. One of the two toilets was out of order, so there was already a queue forming. As I waited for the only working one, a member of staff actually pushed in front of me and went in — not for a quick visit, but to take a dump. I ended up waiting nearly ten minutes while they finished up. It’s really poor form to have customers waiting while staff use the only working toilet for that long, especially when the other is out of service. I normally like Costa, but this was ridiculous and honestly pretty disrespectful to paying customers.

   Staff clearly don’t get on with each other and the mood is projected at customers. Older member of staff blamed other younger members for her mistakes. Customers shouldn’t see this in a team nor should they experience the rudeness of staff as a result.

   We don't go so much these days since Costa put up their prices, we used to have a Costa Coffee about 3 or 4 times a wk, but now maybe only twice a month.. It's freezing here because they have the aircon on in January.

   Always friendly staff, helpful & polite. Open until 7pm most days, welcoming and family friendly. I've always found there to be a highchair available for my little one, well positioned on the retail park. Will continue to use this coffee shop as I've not had a bad visit yet, would always recommend.

   Good food as ever but slow service through the drive through. Costa Could also do with a menu board further back in the queue so you aren’t deciding what to have while ordering which adds extra time. Friendly staff though and hopefully a bit quicker when the cafe opens up for eating in again.
