   I attended my Poppy Day service on Sunday 9th November a visited the coffee shop in port Chester. A lovely young Lady ( Kayleigh I think she said) greeted me and my wife with a great smile and first class service. Great to see excellent service again

   I came here with a friend for a catch up, to be disappointed with the slow and inconsistent service my friend received her flavoured latte 18 minutes before my biscoff latte was ready resulting in her drinking her coffee before I got mine… I would understand if it was busy but there was 3 staff and 2 other tables who didn’t order while we were there.

   Disappointed at best......the so called strawberry ice-cream shake was like luke warm powdered shake and the berry's drinks was like lumpy water......as well as waiting nearly 20 minutes as there was only one poor boy serving....was also very untidy and its not even busy.....absolutely gutted as normally there service is alot better.......
