   Visited ToyTown today, Sunday 9th November, 2:30pm, and the cashier was rude, my total was £2, handed her a £20 note due to no spare change, she side-eyed co worker with dirty look, and mocked me out loud, due to the £20 note being an inconvenience to her, if you don’t like your job don’t work there simple.

   What a wonderful experience it was shopping here. We didn't even know this place was here. We received excellent advice on one of the car seats we are looking at getting. We are most definitely going back and purchasing it at the end of the month.

   There is no excuse for poor customer service and even less for bad manners. Staff at the till more interested in whatever she was doing on her laptop than greeting customers wanting to pay. Eventually another member of staff comes over and the only words out of her mouth was the price, no hello, please, thank you or goodbye. Cheaper to buy online. Its a shame to have to have to say but staff that certainly don't value the customers that keep them in a job.
