   Visited today for a takeaway coffee. Ordered two drinks and one came out quite quickly. The other one a hot chocolate we waited ages for. it was then place on the side rather than be given to us. When we questioned where our drink was, they advised it hadn't have had cream on it. We then asked if it would be cold and the young girl behind the till very rudely stated that the hot chocolate would still be hot. As we have walked away the cream was overflowing the cup and ended up all over my hands. Not what I expect from a takeaway drink especially how expensive it was. Very poor service on past few occasions we have visited so will think twice about returning.

   I have frequented this cafe a number of times and have never had cause to complain. The service has been as expected and the breakfast freshly cooked and served hot. Even the eggs were runny. There is ample seating inside and a small outer area for when the weather is suitable. Blue Badge parking spaces are close to the entrance and usually available to eligible customers. For a small operation in a large garden centre I think the staff cope well.

   A very popular place but every time I've visited something has gone wrong: heaters not working, forgot our order, or on this occasion one of our orders had run out so had to be changed. Staff are pleasant and helpful, my daughter's missing meal was replaced with a more expensive one at no extra cost to us. My jacket potato wasn't very good, pretty sure it was microwaved, but her wrap was tasty (note re photo: she had already eaten half!). Menu is quite extensive and there were a number of specials on a blackboard.

   The garden centre is lovely, the coffee lounge is very nice and the staff are friendly. But I won't be going back or recommending the lounge due to lacke of structure the management have. I had a baby shower with them and when arriving the food was not what was agreed, there was people in the area I was holding my shower which shouldn't of been the case, dirt plates and cups that we had to move ourselves. We had to rearrange the hole area due to them having it set out as an afternoon tea and not a buffet like it was agreed on. Due to the dietary requirements myself and a couple of the other guests wasn't able to have the food, so could only have what we had brought (which wasn't a lot) and We had to buy drinks separately to what had to the agreed as they had gone against what was agreed and done they own thing. I was waiting on the management to contact me regarding all of this but have had no communication from the management team regarding any of my disappointment. I'm hoping to hear from the management team in regards of my disappointment and complaints I wish to put in with themselves.
