   I feel I have to answer a few reviews. Firstly, no there is no bitter or real ale on tap! Would you buy a 50 pint barrel only to throw 40 of them away because hardly anyone buys it? It is available in bottles, I know it's not to everyone's liking but it lasts a lot longer. Secondly, the barmaid that was mentioned no longer works there. No idea whether the review was true or a jealous girlfriend. I'm personally not judging. The couple now running it are putting their heart and souls into making the pub a friendly, welcoming place to be and I for one think they are doing a great job. Please make up your own mind by popping in and seeing for yourselves

   My local pub but unfortunately its been neglected for years the owners of this pub need to realise the potential it has because the nearest pub is the Drayton tavern going west or the golden lion bedhampton going east so the catchment area is huge there are NO repeat NO BITTER OR ALE PUMPS..NOT ONE !!!! Its such a shame and i feel sorry for the new landlord and landlady that took over from Cath because they could be running a gem of a pub but their bosses obviously don't give a crap

   Wow, what a turnaround now the pub is under new management. These guys are putting their heart and soul into making the Sunshine Inn a great pub again. You gotta see it to believe it, and I've been told there is a new food menu coming soon.

   I hired the sunshine Inn to have my wedding reception and it was the WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! First of all the owner Cath, was extremely rude unfriendly and unprofessional, I was shocked at cath's lack of customer service skills, Aswell as making me feel uncomfortable on my special day Cath also made my guest's feel uncomfortable and kept interupting me whilst I was greeting my guest's. The service was so poor I actually had to ask one of the bar maid's to leave as she was clearly under skilled!! I paid a lot of money for the food which was mostly thrown away as Cath was clearing up whilst my guest's were still trying to eat. Due to the function room being ridiculously tiny and (looking a lot larger in the photos on their website) my DJ didn't have the space to set up the photo booth so we missed out on having it also there was hardly any space for my guest's to dance. ( if you have more then 15 - 20 guest's then DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Prior to the wedding I had posted something on my Facebook which was personal and didn't mention the sunshine Inn or Cath, So I was very confused and unimpressed when Cath attempted to start an argument with me over posting thing's on my own Facebook!! All in all I was completely devastated by the overall service of the sunshine Inn... I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO HIRE THE SUNSHINE INN!!!!!!

   Nice big beer garden, good selection of drinks. It's a shame dogs aren't welcome, it would be nice to pop in on the way home after walkies.

   A pleasant local pub. Big old style inside, pool table, darts, set out in traditional way. A nice beer garden outside. Friendly landlord. It's not a place you would travel to but serves the local area well. Plus is there's a great Chinese takeaway next door.
