   Extremely frustrating to cancel an order. I’ve just ordered something and need to cancel it and you have to message a WhatsApp bot and then wait for a team member to respond, surely there’s a better way to do this?

   Nike air max Ltd 3s triple whites arrived with pink soles orange marks stains extremely visable NO QUALITY CONTROLS! Second replacement pair orange stains on the soul and glue on the leather just can't be botherd to go through all the customer service lies again and again AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

   Purchased some Dr Martins for my daughter. The experience was great, the staff left us to look around at our own leisure. Amelia was very helpful and made my daughter feel very comfortable about the problem of having bigger feet than most girls her age.
