   Not a lot different than any other Costa you will have been to. The drinks are the same etc and similar layout. This chain is smaller than the others on the Isle of Wight. Also note that you need a code to access the toilet from the staff and I believe you have to make a purchase to be able to get the code.

   Strange Costa coffee branch, depending from the staff, every time different experience.Sometimes there are some kind, lovely girls, other times some completely different experience with staff that looking at you as they making an effort or favour to make your coffee. Especially the young tall man with the glasses, when he’s there I am avoiding to buy a coffee from Costa as he’s always looking angry and with attitude?

   I travel the country and use Costa on a daily basis, wherever I may be located. The Cowes branch I found to appear clean and well maintained, as far as I could see? However, I would suggest that the staff try and interact with their customers in a friendlier manner as they come across as 'clipped' and as if they find it all 'a bit of an effort'? I sure that there are plenty of people on the island that could raise a smile, just by having a job? As a professional business consultant, that would be my advice.

   Great location on the paved high street. Even have a small court yard to the rear. Had Chai latte. Friendly service, often make use of Costa. Always know what you gonna get.

   Great place for a quick bite to eat. The food is great, the hot chocolate is amazing and the staff are friendly. Wheelchair accessible with disable toilet, only problem I had was with the door to the toilet. It was far to heavy. If I was alone it would have been very difficult to open and get in and out. Otherwise I had a great experience.

   I am a regular visitor to the store, and am never failed by the lovely staff and their attitude towards all customers. They are all polite and lovely and make myself and everyone feel welcome. One of the best coffees I've ever had, and always made just how I like it. Was served by Louis today, who always gives 100% ! Great service and team :)
