   This is a lovely, warm, inclusive pub. Dog friendly. Claire and her team have always made us feel really welcome especially as newcomers. We started coming to The Castle in The Air during the summer and have now become fairly regular. The pub quiz evenings held on Tuesday are great fun, Claire is a funny, kind and great compere, she really makes sure everyone has a great time. We haven’t eaten there yet so can’t comment on the food this time, but what comes out of the kitchen looks good. Highly recommend this little gem by the sea.

   Really lovely staff. Quite a nice location next to the water. Customers all in really good spirits. Care taken over the decoration. Food was served quickly. Gammon and chips were good, but burger and egg a bit of a let down.

   Great dog friendly pub serving good quality food for a reasonable price. They also have promotions like 2 mains for £14.99. They also have good deals/offers on alcohol with a nice selection of cocktails. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is good. The seating is reasonably comfortable. Highly recommended.

   We had a nice meal here, dad had lasagna which he enjoyed very much, except the salad which he doesn't like much . I had chicken on flatbread which was covered in tangy sauce, didn't like the flatbread much and not enough chicken with more salad mixed in. Tasty but next time I'll be going for another choice. Chips were well cooked and tasty.Lovely location next to marina, free parking for customers. Friendly service not too much going on to judge the atmosphere.

   Absolutely delicious!!! We tried the Sunday roasts (one turkey one sirloin beef) and they were both so so good. Meat was soft and tasty, as all the other ingredients. Quality was great for very reasonable prices, staff was lovely and we got our food so quickly. We also got garlic bread which was very good and fresh. I highly suggest the place, loved everything about it and definitely will go back!! Such nice atmosphere.

   Always have a cracking night at this venue its a gem tucked away by the creek! Staff and service I have always found to be excellent, there's a lovely atmosphere and vibe from the minute you walk in and we always have fun here. Love the Castle and will happily repeat visit!

   Had the most amazing evening at The Castle in Air, incredible and smiley service and super delicious pub food! (The pie's are incredible and would 100% recommend!) They had live music on which was super fun and made a great atmosphere, second trip and will absolutely be coming back! :)

   As someone who isn’t particularly a roast dinner girl, when I fancy one the first place I go to would be the castle in the air. It’s always busy and thriving on a Sunday and it’s nice that the staff will do their upmost to fit you in. Highly recommend. Thanks Castle team!
