    Nice place, very comfortable and good atmosphere. Staff very welcoming and good location. Good selection of beer but some very expensive craft ale. Update, still some expensive craft beer but now there is a better selection of reasonable priced ales. Great to see the place still busy.

    A proper pub with welcoming friendly "local" atmosphere. Thankfully not your usual mainstream chain pub. Being a craft bar there's always varied selection of great ales from local and further a field micro-breweries; plus regular wines and spirits. Top landlord & landlady and always helpful, tentative staff. A real local gem!
