Nice little shop , in arcade area , popped in for a look at the new design shoes lovely trainers I got from Hoff memory foam inner snd calf support , really comfortable ideal for walking in for day wear lovely colours summer dresses , and some good Sales on at the time. Really poor customer service - I was with my two children and my mother-in-law outside the shop. We had just arrived outside the shop opposite and my daughter was getting off her bike (she is 4). The shop assistant/owner came out of the shop and shouted at us so much about blocking the entrance to her store. She was very rude, had no patience and it’s safe to say we will not be shopping in their shoe store and I will pass this on to my friends and relatives. Terrible people skills and not the way to run a business. If she had asked us politely to move we would have been more than happy to and understanding, but her level of anger and rudeness was unbelievable.
I went in the shop on Saturday 23 October, because I saw some boots that I liked. When I went in the shop, the store assistant was following me around the shop like I was thief!!! Really bad customer service,never again
This review is being left in regards to the conduct of a staff member from this establishment who felt it was ok to burst into the hairdressers next door who are following strict covid guidelines, she herself was wearing no mask or PPE and was screaming at a customer who had used the toilet in the arcade. This is not how civilised people behave in public.
I visited this shop on Saturday with a friend who is a regular customer, she choose a pair of shoes that were in the 50% off section. It was the day following Black Friday therefore this very small shop was arranged in order of reductions , some 25% off some 50% etc The shop assistant commented to my friend what a good reduction the shoes were when she was trying them on, however when she went to the till to purchase them they said there had been a mistake and there was not 50% off at all! My friend was very disappointed and did not purchase them as they were expensive and not reduced as she had thought. I feel this was appalling customer service for a small business that is quite exclusive, I would have thought that customer service would have been of paramount importance , it was the shops mistake the sale reduction should have been honoured as stated. If you want to keep your regular customers maybe you should consider this.
