I have been a customer of Fastway Autocentre for more than a decade. Both mine and my wife's car have been serviced, diagnosed and MOT'd from them for years. Their diagnosis is top notch and is cost effective. The manager is very friendly and runs the place efficiently. I do recommend Fastway Autocentre for all autoworks.
Good customer service and polite staff, Gavin on the phone looked into my enquiry straight away and gave me a call back within a couple of minutes to answer my question - which most other garages wouldn’t do.

Can't fault Fastway, have been using them for well over 10 years and have always trusted them to work on my car. Most recently they found an issue with my brakes and I know if I had taken it to the dealer this would have been covered up. Can't thank them enough, 100% recommended.
Excellent service, a quick turn around. Was passed onto these guys by another garage as they were closer to me and my car had broke down in fareham , I'm not from there , managed to have it fixed and turned around within 2 hours, at a reasonable price. So I could carry on my journey home. 10/10 would use again.
For years I have used one main dealer for my vehicles service requirements, so when I changed my vehicle for a 17 year old 4x4, I needed a local garage to carry out the work on it. I saw positive reviews about Fastway so decided to give them a try. Since then I have asked them to MOT, service it and have been nothing but exceptional in their approach! They are Covid compliant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Over the recent cold spell they fitted me in then sorted out the starting issue and found a slight oil leak that is easily repaired! I am delighted with the service from these guys so a big thank you Steve and the team!
First time I have used Fastest and was very impressed. Tyres competitively priced and tracking professionally measured and road tested to ensure alignment correct. Not often that happens in my experience! Would recommend - seriously thinking of going back when service and MOT due. I felt confident they could be trusted to be thoroughly professional.
