What can I say about these guys? Absolutely above and beyond when something went wrong. I purchased some batteries, inverter, cerbo, and buzzbar for a new project I started. They listened to my needs and designed the system and sold it to me for a good price. They were knowledgeable in installing but I installed it myself. Fast forward 5 weeks and the system was working perfectly. So good that I went in to purchase a better cabinet to hold my pylontech batteries. It was only then that they realised they had sold me batteries that were not suitable for a mobile use which I had told them about when I bought. They owned the problem instead of hiding, and they replaced them for me and only charged the difference. Absolutely top draw stuff from them. I will certainly be back and I'm telling everyone I can. After 3 months of waiting for info re a repair to our victron inverter, we then had to push to collect it company claimed it was too dusty to fix??? We had no paperwork to proove this. They were just keen to sell us a new one

Had a very good experience getting a leisure battery for my campervan. I had just had a solar panel fitted and wanted a new leisure battery to make the most of it. They couldn’t do enough. They lent me tools, helped me determine which battery I needed. I honestly had no idea. They pulled out all the stops and more. This is the place to go if you need any kind of battery.
