Recently had my MOT done here and got a great deal. More importantly, they’re genuinely honest about any issues they find. Unlike some garages, they don’t try to scare you into spending loads of money. I’d 100% recommend them you won’t regret it.
We have used Smile for well over 10 years with a range of cars owned by different members of the family. The guys here are always 100% helpful, efficient, friendly, and work so hard. They are always fair and their communication is the same polite and respectful tone for everyone whether male or female which is really appreciated in a garage/workshop setting. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
I switched to Smile from my regular garage as I wanted to get a Major Service and Smile offered a very competitive deal. Not only was the Service price cheaper than my usual Garage, but the MOT was heavily discounted based on the type of Service you chose. They also offer a collection/delivery, or even a hire car option. Terry was fantastic and managed to arrange a very last minute hire car for me, as I only asked for this option an hour before my appointment! The MOT and Major Service were completed in around 6 hours - considering how busy they were, I was very happy with the turnaround. Finally, they also provide a loyalty scheme, after 6 MOTs or Services, you will get one for free. I can't recommend this place enough. I will be using them again for sure.
Been a regular at smile for a while now. Terry/Neil are both very friendly and helpful and smile are truly one of those honest keep going back type garages.
I used this service centre as they were very close to an M27 exit point near to my work. The team were excellent, Neil walked me through the works my car needed and gave me a very realistic and honest review, prior to deciding what I should do. I've only ever used main dealers and this was a breath of fresh air, pure honesty. Certainly a recommendation from me.
A little over year ago, I booked my car in for a major service with this garage as they had fairly good reviews. Since then I have issues relating wrong engine oil. After taking it to another garage, their insepction concluded that not only had the incorrect engine oil had been used but it had also been filled dangerously low. Furthermore, the oil filter also had be changed due to its condition leading me to believe they didnt even change the filter. This leads me to believe that all the other filter such as, cabin, oil, air etc probably havent been replaced either. I am extreme annoyed having paid a lot of money for the service. Avoid these frauds at all cost.
My husband took our Nissan qashqai to smiles to have the aircon regassed. He was greeted by a polite guy (Neil) who said it would take 1 hr to do. 1hr later the car was ready and the aircon is ice cold my husband says its a very easy garage to deal with, hassle free and very good service , he was Very pleased with the work carried out and will be using these guys again ! Highly recommend to try this garage... Thankyou
Would recommend this garage to anyone. Having used them for years, I moved out of the area but still a free collect and delivery service wasn’t an issue. Gary arrived very prompt at 8:30am with a smile on his face, a really kind, friendly person who cares about his job which you don’t find these days.
