   I booked a specific time slot (as required) between 12.00 & 13.00 as this was the only time I could get there. This would be during my lunch break. On arrival nobody told us that there would be at least an hour delay due to them only having one tyre fitter working. We went back to collect the car at 13.00 only to find the car parked in the exact place in which we left it. The guy in the garage said that we would have to wait as they had no one to do it. This was totally unacceptable as we had given up our lunch break to get the tyres done & then had to wait another hour for them to be replaced. This meant that we actual had a 2 hour lunch break & had to explain to our employer on why this had happened, putting g us in a very awkward position. If they had explained on arrival the situation then we could have got a taxi home & just returned later to collect car. Only gave 1 star as tyres were actually replaced. Would not return back!!!!!!!

   Good price and good service, my only issue was with the on line system which said fit today but when you got to the end of payment it then said next day? Because of this I ended up with a long wait on the day,the guys on site were as helpful as they could be. Hats off to them, thumbs down to the website booking.

   Went in to get a wheel bearing fixed. Felt like I was intruding. The guy behind the desk was either having a bad day, couldn't be bothered or just hated me. The mechanic was great and conformed my diagnosis. Guy behind the desk said he'd call me with a price and never did. I won't bother again

   Just brilliant. I’m so happy to have such a wonderful garage near to me. Always keep to assist. This morning they changed my light bulb all around the car with no fuss at all. All members of staff are nice, polite and friendly. WELL DONE YOU. Warm regards, Cezar.

   Took over an hour and 10 minutes to change x2 tyres- i wouldn't of minded but it wasnt busy. The manager/ front of house person Ash had a good sense of humour which made the pain of waiting a little bit easier! Would use again but wouldn't bother waiting.

   Very pleasant guy behind the desk sorted my MOT with minimum fuss. Reception was tidy has plenty of chairs, a TV and view of the MOT test area. In need of a litle TLC to make a little more hospitable but not a bad place to wait for an hour. MOT price was good at £35.
