Cowboys who botched a job and then tried to lie to my insurance company about it. Unbelievable. I wouldn't dream of using this company ever again.
Had my car done here after an accident, although not every parts was available at first the team kept me informed and rebooked me when needed and arranged a courtesy car. The workmanship is great!
I have just had my Volkswagen returned. Brilliant job and a really quick turnaround. Both guys I spoke to on taking my car and returning it really pleasant. The car is was also cleaned inside and out. A very happy customer.
Absolutely shocking service, vehicle due to be collected AM today but no show . When company contacted they informed me it had been changed to 8th August without notifying me . Customer service absolutely useless.
No problems. I was kept informed throughout, and the damage was completely repaired. The driver was pleasant, my car was delivered back two days early and the interior and exterior were cleaned - it hasn't looked this good for ages! Thank you.
My car was damaged in a hit and run. ABL Portsmouth were the repairers recommended by my insurance company and their customer service from start to a very quick finish was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Portsmouth branch They did a fantastic job i am really happy with the quality of the work I was a bit apprehensive at first but after meeting with Ben when dropping my van off and voicing my worries he put my mind at ease, I felt that if I was unhappy with any of the work that they would sort out any problems.
Very quick to right off cars . And expensive. As my dad uses his car for work . Yes they could of fixed it at like 4 grand . Lucky it wasn't his fault . And as they made it cat n . How would my dad of replaced car as he need s certain age car for job .
Absolute shambles. Its a good job theyre not in the beer making industry - they couldnt organise a social event in their own production facility. Endless missed deadlines largely due to failure to order parts. Returned the car unchecked and still faulty. Six missed deadlines - three of which i waited in all day for the car! Rude and unresponsive. I was compelled to use ABL by LV insurance. Dont let them do that to you. At the point your car goes off to ABL you stop being the customer - they only care what LV think and I'm afraid LV dont think about anything other than saving money. 6 weeks to repair a minor front end bump - disgraceful
