Dropped my car off for its MOT at 0830. By 1400 they said that the wheels on the rear needed to be put on the front. By 1700hrs it was done. Extremely slow work. Will not use again

UPDATE: Despite the response from their “customer services”, I sent them my details and was once again ignored. As I said, don’t waste your time. Wouldn’t waste your time. I sent a request for an mot slot and they never even got back to me. Kwick fit is round the corner, it’s cheaper and more reliable.

After being let down by a big named dealership for my MOT, and cancelling it on me 4 days before it was due to run out, I reached out to Hi Q Whitely who fitted me in the following Monday morning in time before it ran out. Professional, helpful, fast and efficient garage that I now use religiously not only for myself but for friend's cars too. Just recently my colleague had a blow out on the M27 so I limped the car round to HiQ without an appointment at 0830 and by 1130 the 4 new tyres were fitted and the alignment done. This was despite the tyres being an unusual size due to the age of the car. All for a very good price too. See you guys in Oct for the MOT!
