   We needed help with a replacement screw after one came adrift on my wife’s bike during our week’s West to East trip on the Trans Pennine Trail. The cycle carrier was dangerous after the screw came out. The gentleman at the shop could not have been more helpful. It was fixed in 5 minutes and he would take nothing for it. Helpful guy in a great shop that seemed to stock everything you’d need on the hardware front. Thank you so much for your help.
