Like the other bad experiences on here I was refused to return a faulty item. I was spoken to in a rude manner, totally unprofessional and I will definitely never return to this store again.
SHOCKING Service by the so called managed . She is in her 50’s glasses dark hair. This was in a Sunday morning. She is rude unprofessional and just shocking at customer service. Wanted to return something and got spoken down to and I felt intimidated I left and went to another the same day and it was so different. So it all comes down to this one person giving the store and Argos a bad name Please demote her and retain her attitude
Very poor , i took a fit bit watch back as it wont work properly on my husbands phone , so i took it back askin for a refund and was gonna purchase a diffrent one , i still have the reciept and still is in date as only bought it 3 wks ago but she said no cos the box is damaged and no inner box , i said its only been opened at the top n everything else is still in there she was adiment there not takin it back i am not happy cos they are not cheap n my husband needs one to keep an eye on his illness
I'm giving it one star for the lack of professionalism. I bought a set of cookware and changed my mind. I unpacked it to see if it was damaged, and changed my mind after unpacking it. I tried to return it to the store, but the manager wouldn't accept it. The policy states you have 30 days to return the product. This person shouldn't be working there.

Really disappointed yesterday when returning a tv. It was right you can’t just return the tv it’s in the terms and conditions, should have checked before I went if you are not happy with it but it was just the customer service that was really disappointing. the first lady I dealt with was fine and understanding it was just the manger and sidekick, they didn’t have the decency to take me to one side and explain terms and conditions basically just was unprofessional dealing with me at the pick-up point in front of customers basically saying there words I am not taking that back and we are not a try before you but I could understand if I was abrupt and been rude always had a good service from Argos just really let down yesterday and never do reviews but jut not good enough from Argos
