   I’m a carer and today we came in with one of our clients so she could purchase quite a few items. The young lad who served us was called Jack and he was amazing. Didn’t let anything our client said faze him as they can be a little blunt with humour. He moved a stand and boxes out the way so the wheelchair could fit in closer to look at the phones. He was polite and very clear on what was happening so our client didn’t get confused and he was happy to keep repeating if need to be. Giving a star less as there was no keyboards so a little gutted but was of no fault of the staff. They have arranged for one to be delivered next day which was amazing of them. Thank you so much

   Oh goodness. Another currys full of young, can't be bothered to greet the customers staff. A good 2 minutes we hovered just inside the door, waiting for the assistant to look up from her phone. When we finally got eye contact, she listened to our enquiry but was then clueless how to proceed and had to consult another member of staff. Not impressed with the member of staff, the process, the attitude or the prices. Sadly, there's not much choice of physical retail outlets these days, otherwise we would certainly go elsewhere in future. Poor.

   Picked up some speakers, was helped by a friendly and polite member of staff. Their system was not playing ball but dealt with really well and the same staff member helped get the heavy box to my car which I really appreciated.

   They dont have the stock to supply. Every big tv i chose they said they had non in stock. Its a nice store but i didnt want to wait 3 or 4 days for a tv when i needed one that day. Had to go to Argos in the end who had the stock.
