Great hot chocolate, it was hot, loads of cream, loved it, customer service the best, lovely lady, very helpful, had a muffin warmed up, I so enjoyed it, comfy seats with a cushion and awesome view out to sea, reasonable price also, defo worth a visit, thank you
Do not go through Newcastle without stopping here for something to eat. Called into it today and complimented paul on his massive tray bakes. He said here is another one to take home with you free of charge. A real gentle man or what. I'll definitely be back. Cheers bud.
I've stopped off here before but this was my first early morning visit. 7.00am coffee and fresh, warm croissant was sensational. I do like a coffee and croissant but this was at another level. Early morning on the prom at Newcastle watching the town waken. I can't recommend it enough!

Really courteous staff and great quality food and service. Offered to microwave my cupcake (Oreo one, got to get your hands on it) without my asking and had great chat. Amazing service, good prices and great food.
Coffee good. Tray bakes large and generous. View of sea front great. I like stormy days looking out window or al fresco with blanket provided!
