   Today myself and my partner visited the "Garden House Cafe" in Seaforde (Part of the butterfly house) In the cafe, we witnessed a member of staff (Young, female, blonde) eating ice cream directly from the ice cream counter, and returning the spoon into the large ice cream tubs back to their mouth multiple times, in turn, transferring their saliva into the ice cream that is being served to customers. This happened at least 5 or 6 times that we witnessed within a few minutes. I challenged the member of staff, but they claim they were just tasting the ice cream and were not doing anything wrong

   Been coming here for years s beside the butterfly farm, it's a must see, the cafe is small but quaint, I only had tea but seen the snacks going out and all looked delicious and the staff are friendly, even seen the lady off the manor that lives on the premises, who was delightful to chat to

   Had a cappuccino which was prepared nicely, but I wasn't a fan of whatever coffee beans/grounds that were used . Good service .

   My initial impressions of coffee shops located within public attractions or gardens are usually modest, yet this delightful spot exceeded them. The flat white, crafted with Groupwork Coffee sourced from Castlewellan, was exceptional and could easily compete with the trendy cafes in Belfast. The traybakes were delectable, and the staff were amiable and welcoming.

   I have fairly low expectations of coffee shops at public attractions/gardens but I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. The flat white pulled using groupwork coffee from castlewellan was fantastic and would rival any of the hipster outlets in Belfast. Really nice traybakes and friendly staff.
