   Worst company ever. Last week i called C.E.F and enquired about buying some heating for an elderly person that lives in an over 55s care home, i advised C.E.F that i needed yo show the care home the exact heaters so that they could select the ones that they are happy to be installed, C.E.F told me I could order all 3 and show the care home and return the unwanted item within 30 days for a full refund, as long as it hadn't been installed. So i brought 3 heaters for over £1100, I then met with the care home manager who said one was not suitable, but the others were ok. So i wanted to return 1, within 3 hours of purchase, the manager of the Hull, st marks st Branch refused, despite my consumer rights, all 3 of the items arrived with damaged packaging, I have the delivery on CCTV, the idiot in store, was moaning about a finger print, that was easily wiped off, stating that this is grounds for refusing an return. The item is brand new, unused, and in the exact same condition that it was delivered in. It's not my fault that the packaging is dusty, as this is how I received it. If you look in there show room you will see all their stuff is covered in dust, and many items have damaged packaging. I will be opening a PayPal dispute to get a full refund, and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Avoid this company they have zero customer care, no knowledge of consumer rights, and are just thieves and liars.
