   I went in to the Beverley store today 6 September and was greeted with such a lovely woman very helpful lovely pleasant woman i place my order with her nothing was a problem to her I just wish I now her name she had blonde hair and explained everything about the pan i purchased credit to the woman she is a credit to lakeland xx

   Lived in beverley for about 7 years now and only ever bought bits an pieces from here. On Friday we popped in and after picking up a few bits, got served by a lovely young lady who literally couldn't do enough for us. Won't go into details but she was genuinely lovely. So engaging and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to spend time in the store and we felt so valued as customers. Probably the best shopping experience we have ever had.

   Always a great shop for kitchen lovers. Went here to buy a bunch of storage boxes they had, and was able to keep them behind the counter for a while until I came back to collect them. Best friendly and helpful staff.

   Ignored by the staff, served the people who approached after me. Took in a faulty appliance but unhelpful as I bought it online. Was told they couldn't replace it in store. Given a phone number and customer services couldn't understand why it wasn't replaced in the shop.

   Friendly service. All stock very well presented in clean lines. Sometimes a bargain, sometimes quite a bit more expensive than elsewhere, always useful and good quality. Good website too with click and collect.

   Visiting a friend in Beverley so made a list for shopping in Lakeland. A young shop assistant immediately recognised my plan and showed me where everything I needed was in the store + a couple of extras on special offer. She was really so helpful and when I asked about an item that wasn't available through Lakeland she recommended and gave directions to another local shop which worked out great. Thank you.

   Great kitchen and household gadget shop. Accessibility - good, manouverbility a bit tight in one area towards the back. Price - a tad expensive, but seek and you will find practical and affordable finds. An Aladin's Cave. Staff - great and helpful.
