   Wow. Talk about fantastic customer service. My lock broke. New to area so had no idea who to contact was recommended Dyson King but they only sell locks and I needed advice and someone to fit. This I got in abundance. Told me exactly what I needed and put me in touch with their tried and tested Handyman who was with me within hours. Fantastic product and service and recommend. So recommend this lovely family company

   Couldn't be more helpful in explaining the difference in various locks and discussing the insurance and fire safety implications. Tony particularly was fantastic in ordering in locks just in case which proved crucial to delivery and moving into a commercial property fully insured.    doing a whole house renovation/update and this shop is the best we have come across. It's what I would call proper old school customer care and the knowledge of what they supply is second to no one. It was the builder who recommended the shop and it was a good call. We have bought knobs, handles, locks, light fittings and lots more. Extensive ranges and all quality products. If you're buying a kitchen or bathroom vanity don't just buy what is on offer in those stores in terms of knobs, latches, hinges etc go here and choose from a much bigger range. I'd spent hours and days looking online for stuff before I found Dyson King. Thanks for all your help, Steve and Sharon.
