   I visited Costa Coffee today and initially had a pleasant experience—the staff were courteous and my drink was great. However, I was disappointed when I was asked to sit outside because I had brought my own pastries. I understand and respect that there may be a policy about outside food, but it felt inconsistent since I noticed other customers enjoying pastries purchased from Costa without any issue. I believe clearer communication and a more consistent approach would help avoid confusion and improve the overall experience. Unfortunately, this incident has left me feeling unwelcome, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

   Another good place in town but the same problem which is in Costa nearly St Stephen. Dirty toilet... I worked in past in restaurant and trust me toilet hygiene is very important for customers. Please take focus on it.

   I'm a Costa lover, but I really did feel for the staff on this visit. They were ridiculously busy with only 3 of them trying to clear the queues. The food we purchased was delicious and served hot. The issue seemed to be the sheer number of festive drinks they were trying to make which all time alot of time and faff. If you're going to have a time consuming menu, put adequate staff on to deal with the queues. It lead to alot of people standing around getting very impatient. The staff that did serve us were trying to put on a smile but you could see the stress and strain. This review is aimed at the managers (which not one of was to be seen?) not the staff as they weren't to blame.

   Far too full on for a relaxing coffee on a Saturday. The only saving grace is watching the amazingly robotic staff, but my order was forgotten and I waited twenty minutes for a coffee that wasn't even mine. I'll use independant shops more in future.

   Very nice place. My favourite a coffee here is iced latte. Stuffs is very nice. This place is Always crowded with clients. I highly recommend this place for a cup of coffee.
