   We love going to Muffin Break for a lunch whilst we’re out. The cakes and treats are particularly good, whilst their savoury options are also delicious. They do a nice little breakfast selection as well, along with milkshakes and smoothies. Nice little stop whilst in the city centre

   Whenever I am in princess Quay. I often have a capachino in the muffin cafe and I find it always clean, and service quick and friendly. However after going with my daughter today, I decided to have a toasted teacake and my daughter had a toasted halomuni sandwich. I'm sorry to say that both were not worth the money we paid. The sandwich was thin cold with not much filling. The toasted tea cake was small and cold. A real disappointment as I had told my daughter how nice the cafe was. We did like the coffee. I honestly think that the bread and the tea cake where poor quality.

   The food is great but I went in to redeem my free birthday muffin (as advertised on the app). The cashier insisted I had to buy something else and made a snide comment about people only using rewards. Very poor customer service, if that’s your policy, state it clearly in the terms And I rarely eat out due to health reasons, so this birthday reward was meant to be a small treat. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and pressured to buy something extra, despite the app’s terms not stating any such condition Thankfully the issue got resolved, but no one should have to go in and be treated like that for doing literally nothing wrong

   Awesome cafe - Lovely staff, delicious food/coffee, and the best biscoff cheesecake in town! Only criticism is, they could do with doors, as the pigeons in Princes Quay are really annoying!

   The food and drink from here is really nice, the cake however can often be quite dry as it is just left in the case uncovered, but the organisation of the whole place is terrible even when it's fairly quiet. It seems very much to be a bunch of people flapping about with no real direction, this last visit staff delivered 2/3 drinks and asked if we were waiting for anything else despite their being a clear receipt on the tray, they returned with the food still sans one drink and asked the same question. Also, don't expect the place to be clean, it rarely is. It's all minor but fairly irritating.

   1st time we have been here and we will come back. Well, been back, we sat outside (in the walkway) and enjoyed the view watching the installation of the lights for the light show 1st Feb and a few days before... Accessibility - good, wide level entrance, gradual ramp internally between sections, good loo for the disabled. Food - small, but interesting array of food and drinks. You can buy goods from the bakery section to take home. Car Park - part of the Princes Quays Centre (fee). Staff - very friendly and helpful Toilets - including for disabled.
