   Asked for a iced caramel latte and 2 50p sticks. The woman on the till asked if I had £1 to put in the box and I said no only £20 I apologised and she ignored me and seem very bothered. Anyway I didn't win anything on the sticks and paid for my caramel iced latte and mocha. She then gave me an iced latte with no caramel in it out of spite. I don't like sour coffee taste so it was a waste of money and I didn't realise until i left the shop and got on my train. Awful woman working there. Spiteful behaviour.

   Relatively quiet Costa. Seating inside and out. The only problem with the location is that travellers do tend to spread themselves out a bit so your choice of seating can end up limited.

   One star for politeness, 1 star for the drinks. The customer service was horrific, the lady at the desk didn't have any kind of training in how to speak to a human being and was abrupt and rude, you'd have thought I'd told her her husband had died instead of ordering a drink. She did not have anywhere near the level of social competency I expect from you costa

   Ooohhhh sooooo slow today.. dirty tables, huge and growing queue, slow staff, chatting to each other while the q grew.. no apology for the wait.. no thank you. Card machine and app scanner not working. Old coffee. Come on Costa, this was the manager on the till I'm telling about, not acceptable.
