To be honest I don’t even know why I came back to this store as I was hoping it may of improved but no the food just normal cafe food nothing special really mostly for a hot drink but it’s always always full of dirty pots and dirty tables that haven’t been cleared away The staff are rude bad mannered and not once in my dealings with them yesterday was a please or a thank included they all look miserable don’t smile I had to go and ask for a cloth to wipe the table I was very polite I went to the service area Excuse me can I have a cloth to wipe the table please We’ll come and do it was the reply more of a snarl than a reply as if I was an inconvenience 10 minutes later someone turned up wiped it down not oh I’m sorry I kept you waiting Food was ok drinks came about 10 minutes before the food did I would like to eat my food and have my drink together so they are both hot at the same time All in all this need significantly to be better managed and needs addressing asap It’s not easy being front of house I’ve done it myself waitressing etc and not every customer is a nice one I get that but even so treat a paying customer better than what you do then team yesterday on duty were terrible

My partner and i enjoyed our breakfasts today. They were cooked really well and there were lots of options to remove or add items. Like the new screens for ordering but miss the old decor.

Food is never ever in stock. Tables are filled with rubbish. Workers clearly have lost any passion and commitment being here, poor management. I really don't understand how dinner/Lunch meals can be out of stock around 11am when lunch is clearly 12 onwards... Spent 25 minutes today in the queue to be told at the cash register what I wanted wasn't available. Needs closing down. Hate this place so much now.

Came in on 1st November 2023. We was met by 6 whole tables full of dirty plates and cups, just absolutely filth. We asked one of the male workers to clean the table, for him to be very rude and try and argue with us about how he's busy and it's busy in the cafe. That's not the customers issue and we didn't go to be spoken to like rubbish. Then we waiting in the que and we heard one of the female workers to say I'm not doing anymore breakfasts as we've ran out of everything so my husband felt a little deflated so he went to order his food to then be told 1 hour wait. So we just grabbed the kids sandwiches for our 2 lil ones. We then went on to order hot chocolates apparently ran out of that too....then to witness members of the staff arguing which I believe it was the kitchen. For the young girl, I believed called niomh to apologise for them and rushed off her feet with no support from any member of staff. So we sat down with sandwiches for the kids to then for another family to come in almost 30 minutes after us with a large breakfast. How is that fair to be told there is no more breakfast and a 1 hour wait for them to be served with a breakfast and within an hour. It's absolutely disgusting.

Previous review below. Now i have to say we wont be returning. After 3 visits when the breakfast was cold. Sadly no one pays good money for cold breakfast. They are not allowed to reheat it, so food going to waste. So disappointing. The staff are still great team so whatever is causing the food to be served cold is really letting the team down. Old review from 1 year ago The best breakfast in town. The fried bread is awesome. The staff are very good and helpful. Great value for money. The only down side is if you order a cold drink that they dispense it is a full glass of ice and very little real drink,

Staff are friendly and accommodating and the free child meal deal is amazing when you only have to buy a drink or snack to get it. However the prices otherwise are way OTT and their closing just before tea time makes literally no sense for place to eat. Food is decent enough like. About what you’d expect from a Tesco cafe.

Today I visited this Tesco cafe with my friend and our children. We were approached by a staff member who was telling my friends 13 month old son not to drop food on the floor(may I add we always clean up after ourselves every single time) she then came up to us again with our food and said again to the same child ‘i saw that, don’t look at me’ put her hand on top of his head and forced his head turning him away from her. Why does this lady think it is okay to touch my friends child and force his little head another way?? She also banged our plates together and said ‘sh*t’ I am aware sometimes this is an automatic reaction but as we are sat there with 3 children it’s not acceptable. I will not be returning and god forbid anyone goes there with young children. Absolutely disgusting

impressive that one can have healthy breakfast without breaking the bank. Nor usually what I will attribute to Tesco but they habe done eell to lnow some people will still desire sucha jealrhy treatment of their body. Some menu goes quickly though which was a bit of disappointment as I belive it only require a call to the detail stagfs for stock within the same buildings On a good note, ot means they are doing something Right
