Definitely the worst Starbucks in Hull, female manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. Drinks are often made incorrectly, with the wrong milks instead of dairy alternatives. And for the price you pay it’s just disappointing.
Food is great and atmosphere. Just had a little problem on waiting time as it takes about 20 minutes. Food is worth it and will come back again
Served by a woman who was incapable of smiling or using manners. Ordered a toffee nut cream iced matcha latte, came with no syrup in, no cream on top, when I took it back was greeted with a lovely, bubbly man who apologised and offered to remake it. Mrs happy then asked him what he was doing and continued to talk about us and give us dirty looks the entire time we were there. If she's in the store when I next visit I will be walking straight back out again.
Got my order wrong twice in 5 minutes. They just quickly churn the drinks out without actually listening to customers orders properly. There are many other Starbucks in hull with much better service
Both Ellie and Mehry was absolutely amazing with me and my friend today! I wasn’t sure what to order as I don’t often go to Starbucks and they gave me plenty of suggestions and was super helpful with me and even added syrups into my drink to see if I preferred it and i definitely did! They even wrote a cute little message on the pup cup for my dog!
Staff taking the order was friendly and knowledgeable however the staff making the drinks were too busy discussing last nights antics, they didn't speak or even give eye contact right up until the laboured thank you once the drinks were finally made. They reminded me of a toy with almost dead batteries. There was no atmosphere here at all, however the drinks and cake were nice. It was just a shame these 2 ladies had no life in them.
Beautiful location, gluten free options, nice coffee and food is exceptional. Certain members if staff could do with a lesson in public relations but the quality of food compensates for this by a long shot. I had the pie and would consider driving up from East Yorks for another one, i still dream about it.
It's generally a good experience here. the drinks are always hot, when going through the drive through and because it's out the way, it's not that busy when you decide to sit in. The staff are nice, especially Rita (no we're not on name terms haha)... it's just that she's always pleasant.
