   Staff were working incredibly hard to deal with all the customers. We got the usual latte and cappuccino and had a tea cake (toasted) each. Less than a minute in the queue.

   I would just like to give credit where it’s due. Me and my sister had a great experience at Costa thanks to Jayden. After an issue was raised which led us to having to purchase another drink, I went to retrieve my phone to pay and returned to the counter to find that Jayden had already paid for it! We really appreciated his kindness. Great service and very thoughtful staff!

   The staff were nice and the actual cafe is not bad but the barista yesterday let the milk froth on its own ??? so it was just screaming through the cafe and it was painful to watch. Please teach your staff how to froth milk, it shouldn't just be left on the machine to froth itself. It's like rule number one.

   Went in for a quick drink and a cake with my eleven year old daughter whilst waiting for a train. As an incredibly friendly and relaxed individual that very, very rarely complains- what was intended as a small treat for my little lady turned into an absolutely appauling scenario. Served by a lady with ginger hair, my daughter and I tried to make polite chit chat with the barista and she literally ignored every comment we made, looked absolutely put out that she had to make our drinks, couldn't smile at my daughter once and left her in almost tears throughout our stay. To make matters worse, we then had to endure a moaning marathon between herself and a colleague about absent colleagues for the next 40 minutes. Totally ruined my daughters shopping spree and was an unfortunate anti climax to what was a lovely day. Perhaps she should work from home or somewhere away from general public???
