   We visited today and needed to use the toilet fascilities......the ladies were thoroughly disgusting. The toilet seat had ground in dirt round the rim. The cleaning rota hadnt been filled in for yesterday let alone today......but the dirt around the toilet was more than 2 days worth.......surely these areas should be clean before the cafe is open....we certainly expected better. We wont be visiting this site again

   My favourite stop for a coffee whilst out shopping with my Boyfriend. Great coffee, great cakes & pastries. We love it. Nice savoury items too. Dogs are welcome in Caffe Nero which is excellent.

   Depending on who is behind the counter it can be very noisy. Staff shout at each other gossiping/ tell jokes etc. It can be very distracting if you are there for a quiet cup of coffee . They need to tone it down and be more mindful of customers.

   Just by the Transport Interchange & Hull's biggest shopping centre so good location, Nice outside space, always busy. Happiest singing Barista I've ever met! Classic coffees & range of snacks, from toasties to delicious apricot croissants. Slightly overpriced as these places always are! Good coffee though, try the Cortado!

   I went there on a Tuesday morning, sausage sandwich was disgusting & more like pedigree chum. General hygiene was disgusting too. The polite apprentice lady apologized for the dishwashed cutlery with yesterday's food still attached to it. The whole cafe was dirty, toilet facilities was gross, smashed soap dispenser, broken handle on toilet & unable to flush it, bogroll allover the floor. A small independent cafe would have been shut down but big franchises seem to get away with this stuff via "sorrys" & "we're short staffed" excuses. This place was grotty on my previous visit so felt I should write a review & hopefully they'll clean the place

   Great staff, good atmosphere, coffee & things to eat. Good for a break while shopping. Enjoyed the new festive black forest mocha, apparently it's looking a lot like Christmas!

   First time for me with a friend, staff friendly and helpful. Only drawback was if you were sat downstairs like we were, the toilet was upstairs. We both had walking difficulties and I found it a bit hard going, otherwis if were sat upstairs you'd cracked it.
