   Use this outlet quite frequently and find all the staff lovely. Today was exceptional as we used the drive through and a new member of staff took our order and was really good, when we were given our drinks another member of staff had written a positive message on each cup. My hubby and I have been had a tough time due to moving house lately and these messages were so wonderful, thank you they made our day ❤️

   We as a family use this costa on a regular basis, the service can at time's be a bit slow with staff members being quite unfriendly and showing no genuine interest in their customers and would rather carry on conversations with other staff members using their head set's even while serving customers which I find to be very rude. On a recent visit I was horrified to witness a customer approach the serving counter with a large dog who actually got up and placed it's two large feet on the counter where a staff member served it with what I think was an ice cream which to me was most unhygienic. I personally feel that animals should not be allowed to be near the food or serving area due to the threat of hair and dander coming off them, I personally have allergies which are triggered by dust and dander coming from dogs, cat's and most animals so this has been a real turn off for me and us as a family. Unimpressed to say the least.

   The young women working today were poor. Ordered two cold drinks and was still sat waiting for them after nearly 10 minutes. They were too busy talking to a woman who ordered after us and was collecting her order to be bothered to make ours until I went back up to ask. They’ve let down what seems to be a nice place with a nice atmosphere. Probably a ‘one off’ but they’ve chosen to give me this experience.

   First time in this Costa, Car park nearly full,but cafe not even a quarter. Where do the inconsiderate car drivers go???. Staff very helpful, service very good.. Quite a few dirty tables, but will go again.

   I visited this afternoon with my two young daughters and was served by Tara. She was very friendly with my girls & checked the temperature of their drinks with me before serving them (5&10) She was very patient with me taking my order (i had a migraine so was a bit ditzy & fumbled through my order) she was lovely and friendly, and even asked if I’d like a glass of water with ice (I appreciate small gestures like that) The store was clean, staff lovely and we will be visiting again for our tea party treats. Thank you Tara!
