We went for lunch today. Lovely food service. I would like to express sincere thanks to the lovely waitress who helped me when I was having a hypo, she was so kind , kept checking on me until my blood levels were back to normal.

Great scones, coffee and cosy sitting area. I was a bit disappointed with scrambled eggs and salmon presentation, after I received it on my table I lost my appetite. Warm eggs were just mixed with littles pieces of cold smoked salmon with bits of black skin. Looked like someone chewed it and put it on the plate. Iām really sorry to say about my impression, but probably would be great to leave the serving this dish in a classic way: salmon in the side? Other than that the service was really friendly and welcoming

Lovely friendly tea room. I wish I had longer available, as would have liked to try the full afternoon tea, but the eggs Benedict was delicious. Nicely cooked eggs!

Visited for Breakfast. Full English is delicious with excellent black pudding. Friendly staff, great service, and really good tea and toast. Highly recommend.

Excellent coffee/tea and cake venue. The portions are truly Yorkshire sized, the carrot cake was different but excellent with pieces of pineapple in the 'sponge'. The cream for the scone was verging on the side of being insufficient but my waistline is probably grateful.

Lovely place with original house features maintaned (as mwntioned before this is Grade II historical house). Good coffee with milk and biscuit (no extra charge for both) and tea (with extra boiled water). Nice snack in form of sandwitches and crumpets and good cheesecake to the coffee. Really nice spot in the centre of Beverly. Great alternative to all-the-same looking Starbucks or other chain coffee shops. Will definitely visit again.

Had a 5 minute wait as we hadn't reserved a table, lunch time was very busy. Good food and service. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of choice on the menu. Will definitely return.

Whaaat an absolute delight! Lovely, warm, welcoming staff who are so polite, genial and friendly. You'd come back for the service alone. I had Marimba hot chocolate, which was divine. This is a licensed premises too. Genteel atmosphere, a calm haven. Several rooms. Prompt service. Additional upstairs seating. Oh, and I got carried away with eating the lovely fruit scone, so much so that I didn't take its photo until I had eaten half.... whoopsies! So don't be deceived by the photo as the cake and portion sizes are generous. A lovely experience. Would I recommend or revisit? No brainer, a big fat emphatic, "Yessirree!"

From the outside Kavanagh's looks quaint but we were shown to a rather dated and shabby room at the back. Food was ok in fact and the service was pleasant but the loos were not good , no hot water for hand washing and a customer near our table incessantly blew his nose.

Robert and the Kavanaghs team could not have been more accommodating for our wedding breakfast. They produced a delicious afternoon tea, including gluten & dairy free options, and a wonderful cake. The room is beautifully decorated but they allowed us to add our flowers and decorations too. We can't thank them enough and would highly recommend holding any event with them.
