   I had to wait for nearly 15 minutes in the queue and when I was served half of the coffee didn't go into the glass so I asked for another one. Even then it looked nothing like it should. Dirty tables and really slow service

   If i could give 0 stars I would. Grubby and dirty Costa, we went at 9:30 needed to use a wet wipe on the table before we sat down left it brown, the tables hadn't been cleaned in some time. Then we were given dirty cutlery and a milk pot which still had a brown stain in (the brown stain came off when poked with a stirring stick so it was not cleaned at all) Just grubby, poor standards

   I went into Costa Coffee In Hull today after Church and was served by Molly and Rasa, these two are the best!! Kind loving compassionate caring devoted dedicated and thoughtful, Molly works every Sunday so please please pop in and say hello to her because she is amazing!!!!

   Great place to catch up with friends. Lovely cosy atmosphere, could stay there all day. Nice hot chocolates, and they cater for my gluten intolerance.

   Staff too busy talking to each other so order not right my oat milk latte was like water I couldn’t drink it my husband toast was more like French toast it was that crispy Definitely will not be returning or recommend it

   Much better since the update but Costa why do you only have 1, YES 1 HIGHCHAIR for the whole shop! It's the same for the 1 inside next across the road! Very poor on the families.

   This Costa is pretty good. The staff are friendly and the decor makes it really relaxing. I find it's best to visit in a morning as it's usually less packed.

   I have been coming to this location for a few months now and the service here is excellent. I’m usually here on a Thursday morning and I’ve noticed the exemplary customer service skills of the staff behind the counter. Friendly, pleasant, and super efficient - just how customer service should be! Costa should be proud of these well trained employees! 5 stars is not enough - it’s 10 stars for me! Keep up the great work!
