    Came here this afternoon with my 3 month old and friend. The gent working was very helpful absolute asset to your team. Offered assistance to carry the tray to the table even though they were busy and had brilliant customer service throughout our visit. Only 1 thing that could be better is the water machine they make tea with was quite scaly so could do with descaling more often; however, I have worked in hospitality and there are usually cleaning rotas for this so it could just be its due tonight. I would still 100% recommend

    My sister and i frequently have a coffee and sandwhich here. We enjoy the coffee and friendly staff. Our criticism is since the covid when hygiene was high, the standards have dropped. Almost everytime we visit, we have to remove pots from the table and clean the table too. We look around and see piles of pots on the tables. When staff do take away the pots, they do not wipe the tables down! Why, it takes seconds to do this. When hygiene and health and safety is important, this is essential!! Regards mrs s.     Coffee excellent. Cakes excellent. Let down by tall member of staff. Attitude not good. Saw him push between a child and its mum so he could get through to clear a table
