   Ordered a Caramel nutcracker hot chocolate on the self service machine, clicked eat in and was given my hot chocolate in a take away cup and no spoon for the cream cream was all squashed when I took the lid off with all the topping stuck to the lid, staff really don’t seem to care here, worst Costa Cafe I’ve been too

   I l’ve this costa but today the lady in black hair kept touching her hair then touching cutlery it’s just not nice .They should cover their hair .Make me sick knowing my fork or tea spoon has been touched that way.

   Had an hospital app today at Hull Royal not visited Costa because we had such awful service from the Store manager in Cleethorpes St Peter’s Av but today in Hull your service was outstanding and very welcoming thank you very much X

   An excellent Costa in a very good location for patients and visitors in the hospital. This is the only Costa I know of that has ordering screens like McDonald’s for example, and it makes it far easier to order and stops large queues forming. There is plenty of seat and when I visit it is very clean and well maintained.

   Called in Costa today on my dinner break, to use my 10 pounds voucher a Friend had kindly bought me as one of my birthday presents. ( A receipt for her purchase was enclosed with the voucher in my birthday card). I handed the voucher in for payment and the voucher would not register and I was unable to redeem it. Total rip off, wonder how many pounds in vouchers they've had that you can't even use?? I see on terms and conditions acceptable at participating outlets. Do any participate??

   I unfortunately had to attend A&E with a family member last night, I noticed the costa coffee was open and went to to have a nosy and a drink, I was greeted by a lovely young girl with blonde hair (later to be told by the cleaners she's called Asia) Asia was on her own the entire night but still managed to go above and beyond to get my drinks order correct, tye place was very clean and tidy, my toastie was delicious, my skinny cappuccino was made exactly how I have it and all the service came with a huge smile! What a lovely young woman! A credit to the manager and a bright happy face to brighten up your hospital stay, thank you.

   No fresh sandwiches & staff statement was if its not ob shelf then no . WORST COSTA IVE EVER BEEN TO . More staff 0 management skills in the 11 people working. I'd rather use hospital cafe atleast staff are helpful.
