A lovely independent cafe serving Breakfast/ Light lunches. Great food prepared to order and a very attentive and friendly service.
Great cafe for reasonable priced food. I went with my mum and sister, we each had a toastie and a coffee which came to £39. Portion sizes are good, food was pleasant, staff were friendly.
Lovely little hidden spot in Pock. We had the sausage sandwich and avocado on toast which were both very lovely, the bread was super soft. The coffees were also lovely and staff very friendly. They are dog friendly aswell so you can take your doggy friends in!
i used to come here all the time, and i loved their cherry pavlova. unfortunately, they have stopped doing it now, but all their other cakes look wonderful! i had a carrot muffin which was amazing and my peer said their coffee cake was also very nice. it is very busy so consider which time you're coming.
Stop here for some breakfast as we were driving back home from a weekend at kp Lodges, and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and would recommend this to anyone who is in the area.
We visit regularly as the staff are superb and always remember which coffees we Individually drink the scones and the flapjacks are gorgeous and if you are feeling hungry the all day breakfast is the thing to order, Terry and Anne
My go-to cafe in Pocklington. Friendly, cosy, and food is always spot on. Cakes and scones are fresh and delicious, always. Dog friendly. Occasionally a short queue for a table but worth it and is testament to its popularity- for good reason!
Me and my partner went to the cafe for the first time this lunchtime, we had a welsh rarebit and tuscan baked eggs and were very pleased with the quality of both the food and the service. Will definitely be heading back!
Excellent staff marvelous Good really fresh n tasty in meals .really Clean friendly place . menu very Varied nothing is too much trouble me n my husband love it here so does Toby our little dog thank you all another great visit xx
Absolutely perfect! Again I have only been in Pocklington a handful of times but with every stop I make sure I go here to pick myself up (in my opinion) the nicest club sandwich for miles!! Picture this… chicken, bacon, mayo, chutney and a tiny bit of lettuce placed in between two thick slices of white toasted bread with butter on each side… Tasty tasty is correct… Staff are absolutely lovely , so kind and caring towards their customers , would highly recommend a visit, absolutely ragen I forgot to take a pic of the brownie I got! They are 10/10 with each bite tasting better then the last! Maybe it’s just a personal choice too but cheese and onion as the side crisps would be amazing !!
